DIY Spray Foam Insulation (plus two more insulation tips!!) — by Home Repair Tutor

That’s another tutorial for another time. This video will show you some of the different Great Stuff spray foam options you can use to seal gaps or cracks around your home. If you need to put an end to drafts I think Great Stuff is well, a great option. It’s easy to use, not too expensive, and has different varieties. For example, if your exterior door is leaking cold air around the jamb and framing your can use Window & Door Great Stuff because it stays flexible and accommodates the expansion & contraction of wood in different seasons. Maybe your have an an problem in the spring. You might want to consider Pestblock Great Stuff since it has denatonium benzoate in it (a natural pest repellent that doesn’t have pesticide in it). Two other simple but super effective ways to stop cold drafty air are to insulate rim joists and exterior outlets/switches.
